Welcome to this healing space. The intention of this blog is to explore, through the modalities of Craniosacral Therapy and Tai Chi, our inherent capacity for healing.
The key to all healing is mindfulness. When we bring our conscious awareness to and acknowledge how we feel physically and emotionally, we begin to heal. My experience of Craniosacral Therapy and Tai Chi is that they ‘hold up the mirror’ to what we are experiencing internally, thereby facilitating the healing process.
